Hello Loves!
This is the first of three Valentine’s Day outfits to help inspire you, I really hope you enjoy! Just for full disclosure, I ordered my red ball gown with no place at all to wear it to! A little strange maybe, but if I get invited to a ball I’m all set! Hint, Hint!
I had in mind for awhile now to shoot this dress at the Wrigley Mansion. A lot of people have never visited or have never known about this magical place. It is a beautiful hacienda like mansion up on a big hill in the Biltmore area of Phoenix.
This gorgeous red ball gown is such a dream dress. It even has pockets, which this gal just loves. I decided to style it very simply with a minimal dainty necklace, no arm jewelry and no earrings even. The dress is truly the feature.
I did style it with a leopard coat, it was still cold that week. This is a vintage piece that belonged to my Mom. She got a new one she liked better and I was happy to take this one off her hands. Talking about hands, a gal should never arrive empty handed, and so La Marca Prosecco is always a good idea! It is my personal favorite prosecco, a tad sweeter than a true brüt champagne–which I actually like better, but not overtly sweet either.
Ball Gown: Morning Lavender–sold out; Similar–Morning Lavender; Similar–on sale for $50!!
