So about a week ago, after another event I ended up having a Sunday Funday mid afternoon cocktail (or so was my excuse) at The Henry.
Actually, a well crafted handmade cocktail needs no excuse. The Henry provides this for you. I chose a Gin based cocktail. The Pomegranate 75 is inspired by the retro classic cocktail the French 75. I loved it!
Of course, I may be particularly happy with anything containing champagne! During this visit I did not try any appetizers, but I will next time. My lovely friend Judy and I spent some time just sipping our cocktails and catching up.
