    I can’t believe that a week ago I was in Palm Desert, California for what seemed like the quickest weekend getaway. It was so much fun that it felt like it flew by! I knew that I needed to pack my newest Ellie Activewear outfit for this trip.

    Ever since I decided to start walking more I’ve been looking for cute activewear sets. Usually, I like walking with my pups (but not both of them together haha, they can be monsters). This three piece set came with the cutest tank, which you can leave loose like I did, or tie in the front or back for a different style.     I love just walking the neighborhood near me wherever I’m staying. I love checking out local businesses and meeting new people. My workout routine is pretty easy going. I move around all day, walk the pups (sometimes haha) and ride my beach cruiser. I was going to Barre3 last year, which I loved, but I had an knee injury last August and I haven’t been back since. I need to start again!  I am so not a gym girl, but put me in a dance class and I’m super happy.

    Hello Babes!

    This month is so the worst for me with all the running around and eating! No not healthy, just junk lol. And my favorite cocktails too…sigh. The Ellie Activewear people have done it again thankfully. Getting my monthly box in the mail just is so motivating. Love getting excited about moving!

    This month’s 3 piece outfit is just the cutest. The bright blue top has a mesh back. The sports bra has matching mesh on the front too.

    The pant is a crop style with the colors playing with the top. My top is size small, the sports bra is a small and my pants are medium.

    This is the first time I’ve felt that one of my Ellie pieces didn’t fit me right. I have a really long torso and the top is a few inches short lol. A tad cold for December even in Phoenix haha.

    Now for my mat! This gorgeous print is actually a design by local Phoenix artist Paige Poppe. The company Dat Mat reached out to me to try one of their mats.  I was so excited when I saw this print! Such a fun surprise!

    They send you your own carry bag too, which was so nice. I saw such cute designs on their websites from donuts to french bulldogs! I will link them below. Would make such an awesome gift for someone!

    Sunset Cliffs in Ellie Activewear

    Hello Lovelies

    This month I received my Ellie Box just in time for my trip to San Diego. I was so excited to see that it was more atheleisure style for the November box.

    I went to visit my friend Anna  who lives in Ocean beach. We went for a walk along Sunset Cliffs for the first time. Last time I visited she took me for a quick drive by this area and I knew I  wanted to go back. I can’t believe how pretty it is to hike/walk there. Everyone knows I’m not a fan of hiking here in Phoenix, the rocky trails are just waiting to reach out and twist my ankle lol.

    This view is so amazing! And my outfit from this month’s Ellie box contained this cute legging and white top, but the real surprise was this black wrap. It is made from a non-wrinkle fabric, so perfect for travel. I wore it on the plane ride back the next day too!

    As you can see it was a bit windy that day haha! I actually loved the ocean breeze. I miss living near the beach so much. I used to live in South Florida, but the California coastline is so very different. Florida is all flat along the beach. Not here the cliffs are amazing!

    The trails wind up through beach line, which is actually high up on the cliffs. I just loved this path which was a bit easier to explore than right up along the edge lol.

    The white long sleeve tee has a mesh back and is the softest tee I have ever owned. Obsessed with it!

    The leggings are a marbled tone with fun criss cross cut outs. So cute!

    Just magical! I could walk along there everyday! I’m always game to visit San Diego. I love spending time with my friend Anna and her little daughter. It is so good spending time with people who have known you for years. All the heart eyes to them for hosting me (ok I basically said I’m coming lol—love them!)

    A Walk In The Woods in Ellie Activewear

    Hello Lovelies!

    I did a quick day trip to northern Arizona this past weekend. As I am really over 90 degrees and sunshine haha. I have written about Cottonwood, AZ before, but it seems I like it more every time. It also has been fun taking people with me for their first visit, this time my photographer Jacqueline. I’m hoping she moves there so we can go visit more often lol.

    This was a really pretty woodsy walk, of course the hundreds of grasshoppers thought so too! (NO not a fan at all)!!

    The Jail trail starts at the end of Main Street near the Old Jail parking lot and winds its way up to the state park or back to town.

    My latest Ellie Activewear box had just arrived, and I knew that the new outfit would be perfect. I’m loving the new 3 piece box.  The October box includes a jacket, a t-shirt and these leggings. All the pieces have always been so well made. I love that as the weather has gotten a bit cooler the pieces are thicker and warmer!

    The jacket has cute details like the sleeve with the thumb hole and the zipper neckline.

    I love the cut out details of the t-shirt and the matching color blocking with the leggings.
